The object of affection during his productive stay in Cleveland, and sadness after his unexpected departure, Rocky Colavito is portrayed on this scarce 1958-1963 Hartland Plastics collectible. The second-to-last statue ever produced (and in limited quantities of less than 10,000) by the Wisconsin-based plant, the former slugger is clad in Detroit Tigers apparel on this tough relic. The off-white surface is accented by deep-blue accents and displays very limited scuffing or color migration. This model features a white toe plate and is able to stand without any assistance (a rare feat for such figure). Traces of glue residue are noticeable beneath the toe plate and the slugger's left foot. Due to workmanship, microscopic gaps between Colavito's blue arms (and bat) and the remainder of the statue are evident only upon close scrutiny. However, the overall presentation of this original is not compromised in the least.
