Design quality is assured, as these vintage commemoratives were crafted by the renowned Franklin Mint. Produced in a LE quantity of 1,946 sets, this stunning collection of “First Edition Proofs” consists of (50) sterling silver football HOFer medallion coins with a combined total weight of 52oz. Displayed in two wall-mountable framed boards, this set presents as “mint fresh” with well-struck details and blazing luster. This brilliant array is headed by “Immortals” R. Grange, V. Also present is a faux leather bound book with bios and illustrations of the (50) HOFer subjects and (2) slip cases which serve as protective storage housing for the 16x18 display boards, which are framed in handsome walnut natural wood. Each approximate 1oz. medallion is contained in a clear plastic holder fitted into openings in the green and gold cardboard backer.
