Ravaged by the effects of repeated injuries and excessive night life (while his team endured a rare lull in championship fortunes), 35-year-old Mickey Mantle put the finishing touches on his remarkable career as he became the sixth player to reach the 500 Home Run Plateau. Encapsulated and Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA, this ticket stub was issued at Yankee Stadium for the May 14, 1967 Mother’s Day contest in which Mantle delivered the historic blow. The lone specimen at its tier with only three graded higher, the colorful voucher features printed seating/event details and the club’s stars-and-stripe themed “Top Hat” logo. This is the pinnacle in terms of Mantle home run tickets!
