Despite having been retired for five seasons, the Sport Kings brand produced by The Goudey Gum Company still saw fit to place the legendary Ty Cobb atop their multi-sport checklist. The fiery determination of the weathered Hall of Famer is evident on this mid-grade portrait which presents near the pinnacle of its technical grade. The front displays the attributes of a high-grade copy including four sharp corners, crisp edges along with accurate centering. Slight paper wrinkling near the upper right corner of the clean reverse which does not protrude the surface accounts for the technical grade.
