Description

Prior to the 1967 Kabaya-Leaf edition, Japanese baseball cards consisted of Bromides, Menkos and other sets issued in a variety of shapes. This “game changing” set is the first Japanese baseball card imported to the United States with a standard sized format and statistical backs. The offered 1967 Kabaya-Leaf near set of (96/105) cards features a host of native Hall of Famers and American stars. The overall approximate condition breakdown is as follows: 25% (NM-MT or better), 45% (NM) and 30% (EX-MT or lesser).
